双层保温管道的总体优化设计

Overall Optimal Design for Double Insulating Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据热经济学原理,通过分析双层保温管道的总费用,并考虑到保温的国家标准和工程实际情况,建立了双层保温管道总体设计的优化数学模型,并进行了编程求解。导出的模型和编制的软件可用于单相或多相流体的地面或埋地管道的设计,帮助设计人员确定最佳管径和各层保温层的经济厚度,有助于提高设计效率和设计质量。

     

    Abstract: According to the principles of thermal economical science, by analyzing the total expense of double insulating pipeline, at the same time by considering the national standards of thermal insulation and situation of engineering practice, an optimal mathematical model of overall design for double insulating pipeline was set up and solved by programming. The deduced model and corresponding software can be applied to the design of surface or underground pipelines of single phase or multiphase fluid. They can help designers to determine optimal pipe diameter and economical thickness, which can increase their design efficiency and quality.
