切割叶轮对管道输量的影响

  • 摘要: 为解决东临复线的东营首站与滨州站之间泵匹配下合理问题,根据泵切割定津,对滨州站两台输油泵的叶轮分别切割了5%,降低了输油泵功率,实现了全线4台大泵的正常运行切割叶轮法在降低管道承受压力、优化管道运行、提高输量和运行收益等方面效果显著。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of mismatch of pumps operated between Dongying pump station and Binzhou pump station in Dongying Linyi oil pipeline, impellers of P1 and P4 pumps installed in Binzhou pump station have been cut down by 5 according to the cutting law of pump, which decreases pump power and realizes 4 pumps operation for the whole line. The impeller cutting method is effective in decreasing pressure of pipe, optimizing operation of pipeline, increasing throughput and economic profits.
