埋地储罐渗水与内积水结冰的防治

Seeping Protection Method for Buried Tank

  • 摘要: 提出了用3mm厚钢板,在罐的入孔和进油阀门处各焊一个1×1×1×1m的立方体槽室替代原有的砌筑混凝土块井的方法,对整治格拉油管道沱河加油站的5座埋地卧式储油罐出现的渗水与内积水结冰效果显著,介绍了采用汽油罐注水或柴油罐注满油后封死入孔盖板进行施焊的办法,能有效避免在用轻质成品;油罐焊接时发生火灾和爆炸。总结了在清除储罐内积水结冰层施工时应注意的事项,为在用成品油储罐的焊接和油罐渗水、内积水结冰的防治提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Five 25 m buried horizontal tanks, located at Tuotuo River fuelling station and 0.5 m beneath the ground surface, were often submerged in water (rain water and river water) because the location of fuelling station was below the water level. With the entrance of the water into tanks and freezing at the bottom of tanks, several problems like welded seam cracking on tanks body and pipes, sealing failure at flanges and so on produced. Thus, the refuelers did not work. To solve the problems, a technological modification program was worked out and rehabilitation was successfully conducted. The hoped-for results were obtained.
