稠油蒸发脱水实验研究

Experimental Study of Heavy Oil Dehydration by Evaporation

  • 摘要: 根据油田稠油脱水的实际需要,利用稠油初馏点较高的特点,设计并制造了一台小型稠油蒸发脱水器。通过环道试验所获得的大量技术数据、论证了稠油蒸发脱水工艺的经济性和可行性,并根据经济性评价,确定了该工艺的适用范围。在试验的基础上,研究了操作温度和滞留时间对脱水效果的影响、并提出了稠油蒸发脱水器的合理工作参数,为今后稠油蒸发脱水器的设计及现场应用提供了初步的技术依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the experiments, a new heavy oil dewaterer by evaporation was designed and constructed. The feasibility of heavy oil dehydration by evaporation is studied and reasonable operation parameters of the dehydrator are also presented in this paper. The process and technical parameters have been proveded for the design and application of heavy oil dehydrator by evaporation.
