大容量变频调速系统在库鄯输油管道中的应用

The Application of Frequency and Speed Converting System in Korla Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了大容量变频调速系统的结构及工作原理。该系统采用无级调速,可自动调节输油泵的排量及泵站的出站压力。容易实现工艺自动化控制,在输油过程中不需采用任何限流措施来调节流量,节能效果显著,可大大降低输油成本。

     

    Abstract: The structure and working principle of frequency and speed converting system are introduced. With stepless speed regulation, this system can auotomatically regulate flow rate of pump and outlet pressure of pumping station to realize automation control of transportation process without throttling during operation. With this system. the transportation cost can be greatly reduced. The authors consider that this con verting system is an important and indispensible equipment to oil pipeline.
