起伏油气水多相管路中段塞流软件的研制

Development of Slug Flow Sofeware in a Hilly Multiphase Pipe Flow

  • 摘要: 多相管路的工艺计算包括流型判别,持液率和压降、温降的计算。PIPEPHASE多相流软件和西安交通大学段塞流软件都存在不足。在这两种软件的基础上,开发出一种具有较好的用户界面且可在Windows平台下操作的软件。该软件可以从始端开始计算,也可以从终端开始计算。提供了三个可供选择的计算模型和油气水多相管路沿线的压降、温降和持液率曲线图。软件具有较高的计算精度,可以计算所有的段塞流特性参数值。

     

    Abstract: Technological calculation in a hilly multiphase pipe flow includes flow pattern prediction, liquid holdup and pressure drop calculation and temperature prediction. At present, softwares to predict slug flow characteristic parameters are very less. PIPEPHASE and Xi'an Jiaotong University's slug flow softwares have more disadvantages. Based on this two softwares, a slug software that has better interface and can operate on the Windows desktop has been developed. This software can calculate from beginning or ending, It provides three calculation models for choosing and ran get all slug flow characteristic parameters. It offers liquid holdup, pressure drop and temperature curve maps.
