中朝管道超低输量运行实践及技术分析

Technological Analysis on Pipeline Operation under Ovevlow Throughput for Dandong Sinuiju Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对中朝输油管道近几年超低输量运行实践的总结,从理论上对析了中朝管道结蜡特点和规津,对降量运行采用的升压、扩径、注入降凝剂、管道未段清蜡、间歇输送等措施进行了分析,论述了该管道超低输量运行的可行性。中朝管道低输量的成功实践及技术总结,为长输管道降量运行提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: A theoretical analysis on the properties and laws of wax deposit for Dandong Sinuiju oil pipeline that operated under overlow throughput for years has been made. To meet the needs of overlow throughput operation mode, several technical measures, such as increasing pressure, dissolving wax with hot diesel and hot water, injecting PPD, pigging wax at terminal pipe section and intermittent transportation process, have been successfully adopted in this pipeline. The operation availability under overlow throughput for this pipeline is described. The authors consider that the successful experience in overlow throughput operation can be used by other pipelines.
