拱顶罐改内浮顶罐应注意的问题

Problems to be Focused on in Modifying Arch-roof Tank into Inner Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 对拱顶罐的状况及拱顶罐改为内浮顶罐存在的问题进行了分析, 指出储罐的垂直度和圆度是内浮顶改造的关键。若使内浮顶技术的优势得到有效地发挥, 应选用合理的设备及结构形式, 同时还要合理地使用和管理。对产生密封不良和浮顶损坏等原因, 提出了相应的技术管理措施。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the authors analyze the problems existed in modifying arch-roof tank into inner floating roof tank, point out that the perpendicularity and circularity of tank are the two most important parameters in the modification. The total technical requirements are that the overlap width of sealing material (for instance fluoro-elastomer, available to pure benzene) with tank shell should be 50-70 mm, the perpendicularity of tank shell opposite to tank bottom is not more than 5‰, the ellipticity of tank shell is not more than 30 mm. The authors consider that if these requirements are met, the evaporation loss can be greatly decreased for the improved tank.
