洪荆输油管道低输量加剂输送的研究

A Study on the Low Throughput Transportation of Oil Treated with PPD in Honghu——Jingmen Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对洪荆输油管道低输量、压力下稳定、油品复杂的特点。采用了加剂和加温的输送工艺、通过室内评价和现场运行情况分析, 讨论了CE降凝剂对洪荆管道所输西江油和长庆油的改性效果, 阐述了加剂运行中出现初凝现象的各种原因, 并对CE降凝剂提出了相应的改进意见。

     

    Abstract: In the light of low throughput, unstable pressure and more kinds of oils, heating and PPD treated transportation technology are applied in Honghu--Jingmen oil pipeline. By means of laboratory evaluation and operation analysis, the modified result of CE PPD to Xi Jiang oil and Changqing oil have been dis- cussed, the initial setting during operating has been described and the corresponding improvements to CE PPD have been put forward.
