大落差管道顺序输送中的压力变化和控制方法

Pressure Change and Control Method in the Batch Transportation for the Hilly Pipeline

  • 摘要: 顺序输送管道运行中沿线压力的变化主要是由管路特性的变化和不同密度油品在管道中交替产生的, 管道落差越大, 后者的影响越明显。利用水力计算公式, 结合实例, 对不同油品在大落差管道中交替时沿线的压力变化规律做了定性和定量的分析。提出了危险点的压力控制措施。

     

    Abstract: The pressure change along the pipeline in the batch transportation is mainly caused by the change of pipeline characteristic and products with different densities within the pipeline, that means, the higher the potential difference, the greater the change of pressure. The quantitative and qualitative analysis or the change law of pressure along pipeline produced from different products with different densities for the hilly pipeline have been made with hydraulic calculation equations combined with the case. In the paper, pressure control method for danger point has been presented.
