The Coating Material Used in Internal Coating for Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 概述了国内外输气管道内涂层用涂料的发展现状及技术水平, 重点介绍了目前国外长输天然气管道内涂层应用较为普遍的双组分液体环氧涂料和熔结环氧粉末两种涂料的特点及性能指标, 比较了国内与国外在这方面存在的差距, 对国内即将开工建设的几条长输天然气管道应用内涂层减阻技术具有十分重要的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: The developing actualities and technological level of coating material used in internal coating for gas transmission pipelines at home and abroad are described. In the paper, the features and performance indexes of bi-component liquid epoxy coating material and FEE to be widely used in long distance gas transmission pipelines at home and abroad are emphatically introduced. The authors consider that the foreign experiences in studying, producing and applying coating materials in gas transmission pipelines can be used for reference for several gas transmission pipelines to be put into construction in China, especially in drag reduction of gas pipeline with the coating materials.
