长吉输油管道进站压力的自动调节系统

The Application of Inlet Pressure Self-adjustment System in Changchun——Jilin Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 长吉输油站压力自动调节系统是通过站控系统跟踪并调节工况, 使进站压力不低于设计的最低压力值(0.5MPa), 若超出设定的最高压力值(1.6MPa), 系统会自动关阀进行保护。进站压力的自动调节通过调节阀节流实现。长吉首站进站侧安装的压力自动调节系统, 能保证供油泵、流量计等进站侧设备的正常运行, 在降低事故、提高设备使用寿命和减轻操作人员劳动强度等方面效果显著。

     

    Abstract: The inlet pressure self-adjustment system installed in Changchun——Jilin oil pipeline works based on the- pump station control system to trace and adjust the operating pressure.which makes the inlet pressure not less than 0.5 MPa (the designed minimum pressure). If inlet pressure is beyond the designed maximum pressure (1.6 MPa), the system will close the valves automatically to provide a safe protection. The inlet pressure realizes self-adjustment through the throttling of regulating valve. Relying on this pressure self-adjustruent system, some equipments like oil-feed pump and flowmeters can safely operate.
