Failure Tree Analysis on the Long Distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输管道在使用过程中受到杂质、应力、腐蚀介质等的作用, 致使部分管段早期损坏, 严重影响了管道的使用寿命。综合分析了引起管道发生失效的各个因素, 建立了以管道失效为顶事件的原油管道失效故障树。通过对故障树的分析, 求出故障树的各阶最小割集, 并确定了长输管道的主要失效形式, 提出了提高管道可靠性的措施。

     

    Abstract: The long distance oil/gas pipelines are usually buried pipelines. The failure has gone with it since the pipelines used. The major factors are stress.corrosion, external interference and so on. Rapture and perforation are the main failure types of crude oil pipeline. And the failure will shorten the reliability and service life of the oil/gas pipelines. Based on the analysis of failure factors, the fault tree of crude oil/gas pipelines is put forward, and each order minimum cut sets, weakness and fault probability are obtained. In the paper, some measures of improving reliability of long distance oil/gas pipelines are presented.
