保温油罐抗风圈腐蚀穿孔的修复及改造

Countermeasures against the Corrosion and Perforation of Wind Girder of Insulated Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 保温油罐抗风圈及罐底板外根部因酸雨聚和形成电化学腐蚀。由于沿海地区空气湿度大, 盐分重及罐内的温度高, 加快了设备的腐蚀。通过对1000m3燃料油罐的腐蚀原因分析, 提出了改造与预防措施。改造后的抗风圈结构能有效地排出进入保温层内的雨水, 从而避免了的电化学腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: The electrochemical corrosion in the wind girder of insulated oil tank produced due to the accumulated sour rainwater. In the light of the corrosion and perforation of wind girder in a 1000 m3 fuel tank, a technical reform and precaution measure program are worked out. The implement result indicates that the rainwater coming from the insulating layer (made with insulating brick or blanket)can be effectively drained off from the modified wind girder.the electrochemical corrosion in the wind girder is avoided.
