水平管内油水两相流流型的实验研究

Experiment Investigation on Oil-water Two-phase Flow Pattern in Horizontal Pipe

  • 摘要: 利用白油和自来水作为实验介质, 在内径为26.1 mm、长约30 m的水平不锈钢多相流实验环道上进行了油水两相流实验。实验中进行了流型测量和观察, 观察到7种油水两相流型, 分别属于分散、分离和分散分离混合流型。对油水两相流型及流型间的转化作了仔细的描述, 根据流型特征进行了流型划分。

     

    Abstract: Oil-water two-phase pipe flow experiment has been conducted on horizontal multiphase flow experiment loop, made of stainless steel pipe with 26.1 inner-diameter and 30 m long, by using white oil and tap water as experimental medium. 7 different flow patterns have been found by detecting and watching flow pattern during the experiment process, which can fall into following 3 kinds: dispersed flow, stratified flow and semi-dispersed semi-stratified flow. Oil-water horizontal pipe flow pattern appearance and the transition between different flow patterns are depicted in detail. Also the oil-water pipe flow patterns are classified, according to their own different flow characteristic.
