兰州煤气管网的可利用性分析

An Availability Analysis on Lanzhou Gas Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 城市配气管网作为输气管道的下游配套工程, 是天然气顺利进入沿线城市的重要环节。在利用原有的煤气管网的基础上, 根据城市燃气管网系统的特点, 在进行天然气置换前需要对原有的煤气管网进行分析与改造。以兰州煤气管网为例, 通过对输配系统设计、施工以及防腐的分析, 对煤气管网在土壤电阻率和腐蚀性、管道外防腐层以及管内壁等方面进行检测提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: As a part of gas transmission pipeline project, the city gas distribution pipeline network is a very important component for the new gas to enter into the city. Before gas moves in, it is necessary to analyze the availability of the old pipeline network and to consider reconstructing new one whether or not. In this paper, take Lanzhou gas transmission pipeline network as an example, by means of analyzing the pipeline's design, construction and corrosion control of gas distribution system, some suggestions on detecting the soil resistivity and corrosivity along the pipeline distribution network and external coating of pipe have been put forward.
