The Technological Features of Alliance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 塔里木已探明的天然气有70%为凝析气, 管道输送天然气也必须考虑凝析油的输送, 以提高管道的经济效益。美国和加拿大正在合建的联盟管道是世界上第一条输送含凝析油天然气的大口径长输管道, 对我国即将建设的西气东输工程有较大参考价值。综述了联盟管道的概况, 介绍了其在天然气组分、输气压力、压缩机站功率配置、管材、防腐、压缩机、施工、投产和运行等方面的技术特点。

     

    Abstract: The Alliance pipeline that is being jointely constructed by U. S. A. and Canada is the first large diameter pipeline to deliver condensate-bearing gas in the world, the authors consider that the construction experience of the pipeline will be very helpful to China's Western gas transmission pipelines. The paper summarizes the technological features of Alliance pipeline in the transfer pressure, power determination of compressor station, pipe material, corrosion control, compressor as well as pipeline construction, commissioning and operation.
