Study on Applying Technology of Internal Coating for Gas Transmission Pipelines

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了国内外管道内涂层涂敷技术的发展水平和施工工艺, 重点介绍了新建大口径管道内除锈和喷涂厂内预制采用的工艺技术, 指出了与国外在内涂层技术方面存在的差距, 旨在加速国内长输天然气管道内涂敷工艺技术的研究进程, 提高我国内涂层施工机具的制造水平, 促进天然气管道内涂层减阻技术在我国的推广和应用。

     

    Abstract: The development tendency and applying technology of internal coating at home and abroad for gas transmission pipeline are introduced in detail, the rust removal of steel pipe and shop coating with spraying process and/or technology for newly-built large diameter pipeline are emphatically introduced, and a technological comparson in the application technology of internal coating of pipeline at home and abroad is made, which aims at speeding up the course of research on internal coating technology for domestic gas transmission pipeline, improves the manufacture level of internal coating equipments, and promote the popularization and utilization of drag reduction technology of internal coating for gas transmission pipeline in China.
