大型固定顶储罐罐顶的检修方法

New Overhaul Method for the Top of the Large-scale Tank with Fixed Top

  • 摘要: 大型固定顶储罐罐顶检修的常用方法存在难度大、危险系数高、检修成本高、不利于罐顶内部的防腐等弊端。为此金陵石化炼油厂油品分厂在尝试了浮箱法施工的基础上, 通过改进和完善检修工艺, 开发了简便易行的自由组装浮筒法。介绍了该浮筒法所需的施工材料及施工程序, 给出了浮筒浮力、浮筒数量的计算方法。指出这种方法具有施工难度低、工期短、安全性能高、成本低、避免了恶劣气候对施工的影响等优点, 并可用于新建大型固定顶储罐的正装法施工等。

     

    Abstract: In former practices of overhauling the top of the large-scale tank with fixed top, some shortcomings, such as long construction period and high overhaul cost, exist. To solve these problems, the free-assembled floating pontoon method has been adopted. With this method, the overhaul period reduces with low cost, the safety and reliability have been improves, besides, this method is all weather.
