输油管道管壁凹陷的安全评价

Safety Assessment on Pipe-wall Sag of Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 输油管道在服役过程中, 由于相邻公路扩建工程施工, 使管道管壁产生大量凹陷, 给管道的安全运行带来了事故隐患。基于这种缺陷类型, 采用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件和MPC/PRIFIS在役压力容器、管道适用性评价软件对管道安全性进行了计算评估。评估结果表明, 在设计工作压力下管道凹陷部位仍有较大的安全裕度, 但由于凹陷部位的应力集中, 允许存在的临界裂纹型缺陷尺寸很小。为保证管道安全运行, 需有效遏制凹陷部位裂纹型缺陷的产生。

     

    Abstract: A number of sags on pipe - wall of a oil pipeline produced due to the road adjacent the pipeline construction. On the basis of this kind of defect, MSC/NASTRAN and MPC/PRIFIS softwares have been adopted to analyze the safety of the pipeline. The analytical results have shown that there is still a high safety allowance in the sag zone under the design pressure. However, the defect size for allowable critical crack is small due to the stress concentration on sag zone. Therefore, the protective measure should be taken to prevent the sag zone from cracking.
