胶凝原油屈服值与结构特性参数之间的关系

The Relationship between Yield Stress and Structural Parameter of Gelled Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 含蜡原油在低温静态条件下会形成蜡晶的空间网络结构, 因而处于一种胶凝状态。胶凝原油屈服值是胶凝原油结构的函数, 而胶凝原油的小振幅振荡剪切粘弹性参数, 如绝对复数模量|G*|, 可反映其结构强度, 所以屈服值必然与|G*|等有一定的关系。实验研究表明, 在一定测量条件下, 胶凝原油屈服值τy与其绝对复数模量的关系为τy=β|G*|m

     

    Abstract: Waxy crude oil will statically gel at low temperatures. The yield stress τy of gelled crude oil is dependent on its structure, and this structural properties can be represented with complex modulus |G*|. The relationship between yield stress and structural parameter of three kinds of gelled crude oil has been studied experimentally by means of rheometer RC 75. Experiment results display that the relationship between τy and|G*| is τy=β|G*|m at definite condition of experiment.
