油罐冬季不加热运行的热力计算

The Thermodynamic Calculation on Oil Tank Getting out Heating in the Winter

  • 摘要: 鄯善外运油库原油罐热力系统冬季运行期间暴露了两个问题, 一是水击严重, 影响油罐的运行安全; 二是油罐冬季非运行期间油温过高, 造成能源浪费。为妥善解决这些问题, 对油罐的保温性能进行了分析, 同时对油罐的伴热系统进行了热力计算。计算结果对油罐冬季退出热力运行提供了理论依据。经济分析结果表明, 油罐热力系统冬季退出运行后, 原油输送成本降低, 节能降耗效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Two unsafe and/or uneconomic problems in the oil tank's heating system exposed during the winter in Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline, that was, water hammer and high energy consumption (due to too high heating temperature for nonoperative tanks). To solve these problems, an analysis on the insulation performance of tanks and a thermodynamic calculation on the heating system of tanks have been carried out. The author considers that the calculation results can be taken as a theory foundation for the heating system to get out operation. The economic analysis results have shown that the transportation cost of oil and energy consumption decrease after the heating system of tanks get out operation.
