彩石输油管道停输再启动过程试验研究

Experiment and Research on the Shut-down and Restart in Cainan-Shixi Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在对彩石输油管道原油流变性研究和停输再启动过程计算机数值模拟的基础上, 成功地进行了彩石输油管道现场停输再启动试验。为验证数值模拟计算结果的可靠性, 并将试验结果与计算机模拟计算结果进行了对比分析, 提出了对彩石输油管道安全运行管理几点建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the study of the rheological properties of oil and the simulation of the shut-down and restart-up process, an experiment was successfully conducted in Cainan-Shixi oil pipeline. The authors introduced the process of the shut-down and restart-up experiment and compared the data from the simulation with that from experiment in pipeline. The comparison indicates that the simulation quite agrees with the experiment. Some suggestions concerning the operation and safety of the pipeline are raised in the paper.
