离心泵调速节能工艺的理论分析与应用

Theoretical Analysis on Revolution Rate Regulating of Centrifugal Pump vs Energy Saving

  • 摘要: 结合离心泵实际运行情况, 在分析离心泵调速节能理论的基础上, 对泵调速节能进行了数学分析, 推算出了离心泵调速前后的功率关系式, 并对变频调速进行了经济分析, 以实例说明了离心泵调速节能的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the operating conditions of centrifugal pump, the mathematical analysis on the revolution rate regulating of centrifugal pump vs energy saving has been carried out based on the theoretical study. The horsepower relational expression between the before and after regulating have been derived. The economic analysis on the effectiveness of regulating has been made. The availability on revolution rate regulating of centrifugal pump vs energy saving is described with a case in the paper.
