Corrosion Control and Renewal of Oil Tanks

  • 摘要: 通过对金属油罐腐蚀部位及其原理的分析, 探讨了对废旧油罐的全面治理以及油罐内防腐的最佳方案。介绍了油罐防腐保护与再生技术, 并对再生技术的内容及优点作了重点介绍。油罐再生技术能以较少的资金投入将废旧油罐改旧成新, 是目前国内任何油罐防腐工艺和大修方法无法相比的。

     

    Abstract: The renovation to the abandoned and/or old oil tank and the optimal scenario to control internal corrosion of oil tank are discussed through analyzing the corrosion area of metallic oil tank and corrosion mechanics. In the article, corrosion control and renewal of oil tank as well as the process and advantages of renewal technology are introduced in detail. With less capital costs in renovation, this technology can bring the abandoned or old oil tank into operation. It is considered that this technology overrides other repair methods of abandoned or old oil tank.
