Water Hammer Control of Centrifugal Pump in Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 通过分析离心式输油泵在管道顺序输送运行中的水击现象, 阐述了水击产生的原理及给管道安全运行带来的危害, 在对多泵站输油泵水力工况分析的基础上, 提出了相应的水击控制和预防措施。

     

    Abstract: By means of analyzing the water hammer phenomenon of centrifugal pump in batch transportation process, the principle of water hammer produced and hazard of water hammer to the operation of products pipeline are described. On the basis of analyzing the hydraulic conditions of centrifugal pump under the condition of multiple pump stations, the relevent control and prevention measures against water hammer have been presented.
