国内外天然气管道绝对当量粗糙度的设计取值

Foreign and Domestic Design and Determination Method on Effective Rough- ness for Natural Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 天然气管道的绝对当量粗糙度是工艺计算和评价管道涂敷内涂层经济效益的一个重要参数, 目前, 国内外输气管道绝对当量粗糙度的设计取值差异较大, 介绍了管道工业发达国家输气管道绝对当量粗糙度的取值范围及有关绝对当量粗糙度的一些最新研究成果。针对我国的具体情况, 以陕京和中原两条输气管道为例, 进行实算反推运行管道的绝对当量粗糙度值, 对长输大口径天然气管道绝对当量粗糙度的设计取值提出了建设性的意见。

     

    Abstract: The effective roughness for natural gas pipeline is an important parameter that technically calculates and assesses the economic benefit of pipeline with internal coating. At present, foreign and domestic design and/or determination methods on effective roughness for natural gas pipeline differ greatly. In this paper, the effective roughness scope to be determined for natural gas pipeline in developed countries and the latest research results of effective roughness are introduced. In the light of the effective roughness used in gas pipelines of China, taken Shaanxi-Beijin and Zhongyuan gas transmission pipelines as an example, an inverse calculation on effective roughness for the active pipelines has been carried out, and the constructive recommendation for the effective roughness of long-distance and large-diameter gas transmission pipeline has been presented.
