热媒炉自动点火系统的改造

Reform on Automatic Ignition System of Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 热媒炉液化气自动点火系统在严寒地区使用, 燃料易冷凝影响启炉, 从而大大降低其自动化水平。通过分析设计的新点火系统具有燃油、燃气双重功能, 该系统的引燃油火嘴是根据文丘里管原理设计, 由底座、喷嘴、压盖及燃烧器组成, 具有实用、安装方便、体积小、重量轻、改造费用低等优点。新点火系统的应用可使热媒炉完全实现自动化, 经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: If LNG automatic ignition system of heat medium heater is used in frigid area, the fuel is easy to con-densate, which affects the start-up of heater. To enhance the suitability of ignition system, an improvement on ignition system's base, jet nozzle and burner have been made. The new ignition system can use crude oil and gas as fuel and realizes igniting automation.
