Discussion on the Electric Leakage of Insulated Flange

  • 摘要: 绝缘法兰漏电会缩小阴极保护站的有效保护范围, 增大阴极保护站的输出电流。就绝缘法兰是否漏电, 提出了电流方向法、管道电流法及接地电阻法等判断方法。论述了绝缘法兰漏电的危害性, 分析了漏电的原因, 提出了减轻法兰漏电的相应措施。

     

    Abstract: The electric leakage of insulated flange will narrow the effective protection scope and widen the output current for CP station. Three methods to judge the electric leakage of flange are put forward, that is, current direction method, pipeline current method and earth resistance method. The paper describes the hazard of electric leakage, analyzes the cause of electric leakage and presents corresponding measures to eliminate electric leakage.
