中洛复线电动阀门壳体开裂的原因分析

Case Analysis on Valve Casing Cracking in Zhong-Luo Parallel Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 分析了中洛复线站场电动阀门壳体开裂的原因, 指出阀门阀腔内存水结冰膨胀产生轴向推力使壳体受拉, 壳体材质低温脆性及壳体内外存在的温差压力是壳体开裂的主要原因。总结了事故的经验教训, 并对这种阀门的质量提出了几点改进意见。

     

    Abstract: A case analysis on valve casing cracking has been made for the pump stations in Zhong-Luo parallel oil pipeline. It is pointed out that on the one hand the expanding ice freezed from the water deposited within the valve casing produced an axial thrust that made the casing tensioned, and on the other hand the poor low-temperature brittleness of the casing material as well as the internal and external differential tempera-ture pressures of the valve casing were existed, which is the main reason of valve casing cracking. The improvement recommendations on the quality of this kind of valve have been given.
