Failure Analysis on Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 中洛输油管道(濮阳—洛阳)热媒炉热效率低的主要原因是热媒炉长期超负荷运行, 清灰不及时, 烟管漏风, 耐热衬里脱落及热媒老化。针对输油管道的具体情况, 提出了清除积灰, 前墙板耐热衬里改造及延长热媒使用寿命等具体的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: The more soot formation, untight flue tube, fall-off of refractory liner and heat medium ageing result in lower effective heat efficiency of heat medium heaters in Puyang—Luoyang oil pipeline. According to these problems existed in heat medium heaters of pump stations of the line, some improvement measures, like cleaning soot formation, removing old refractory liner and adopting new refractory material as well as elongating the service life of heat medium, have been put forward.
