摘要: 描述了影响液-液旋流分离器性能的流体物性参数、含油污水模拟液的制备、试验装置流程以及级效率的测定方法。介绍了旋流器的结构参数和试验方法, 重点研究了在操作参数不变的条件下, 旋流器溢流孔径和入口尺寸、小锥段角度和尾管段尺寸对旋流器性能的影响, 并进行了一系列试验研究, 以便改善旋流器分离性能, 降低能耗, 为旋流器结构尺寸的优化设计提供依据。Abstract: This paper analyzes the liquid physical characteristics affecting hydrocyclone performance, describes both the preparation method of simulated oily water with different dispersion degree and the measuring method of hydrocyclone's grade efficiency, birefly introduces the configuration parameters of hydrocyclones and experimental method, and mainly studies the influence of reject diameters and inlet dimentions on hydrocyclone performance. The series tests have keen carried out so as to improve the performance of hydro-cyclone and decrease energy consumption. The experiment and research results can be applied to the optimal design of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone.
