Selection and Application of Dust Separator in Gas Distribution Station

  • 摘要: 介绍了输气管道站内分离器的工作原理及主要结构, 并对普通旋风分离器的气体流动、沉降理论进行了分析, 同时对几种分离器进行了比较。目前输气管道站内分离器常用的是旋风式分离器。复壁式分离器特别适用于气体杂质中水的成分比较多、杂质的成分比较复杂的场合。

     

    Abstract: The main types, structure and working principle of separator used in gas distribution station are introduced. The paper analyzes the gas flow and settling theory of gas of ordinary cyclone separator and compares the performances of some kinds of dust separators. At present, the cyclone separators are usually used in gas distribution stations. The dual-shell separator is especially suited to where the place water content is high in the impurity of gas and the composition of impurity is more complicated.
