摘要: 介绍了D型输油泵螺旋密封的结构、原理及其应用, 改造后的螺旋密封与原输油泵的填料密封相比, 螺旋密封的结构合理、安装方便。采用螺旋密封可实现点滴不漏, 既节约了能源, 又保证了安全生产。螺旋密封固定套可一次安装, 不用再拆卸, 延长了检修周期, 减少了维修工作量。在D型输油泵上具有广泛的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The structure, working principle and application of windback seal of D-type oil pump are introduced. The reformed windback seal has reasonable structure, perfect sealing effect, less maintenance period and easy to install compared with the former packing seal of oil pump.
