陕京输气管道的雷电危害及防治

Lightning Hazard and its Elimination in Shaanxi——Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 陕京输气管道采用挤塑聚乙烯三层结构外防腐覆盖层, 其防腐绝缘性能优异, 但雷害对该管道的危害却很严重。介绍了雷害对管道的危害及主要表现, 提出了防治措施, 即采用一级雷电防护装置——浪涌吸收型通流避雷器及二级泄放通道——PN结正向压降复合型泄放通道, 该雷电防护装置的安装确实起到了泄放雷电、保护管道及其附属设施的作用。

     

    Abstract: The hazard of lightning to pipeline and CP stations in Shaanxi——Beijing gas transmission pipeline is introduced. In the paper, a countermeasure against the lightning hazard has been taken, that is, the protection device, consisting of a first lightning eliminating device, called lightning surge eliminating arrester, and second drainage channel, called PN-joint positive potential drop drainage channel, has been used along the pipeline. The actual operating result has shown that this protection device can effectively prevent the pipeline and CP devices from lightning hazard.
