Experimental Study on Structure Recovery of Non-Newtonian Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 通过小振幅振荡剪切试验,对经历预剪切的非牛顿原油在静置条件下的结构恢复性进行了研究。试验结果表明,在静置条件下,反映非牛顿原油结构强度大小的参数G*等随时间单调增加,但在静置的初始时刻,原油的结构恢复最快。原油经受的预剪切速率越大,其结构恢复速率越大,但相应的准平衡结构强度越小。

     

    Abstract: The experiment of static structural recovery on pre-sheared non-Newtonian crude oil has been performed by small amplitude oscillatory shear. The results display that structural parameter G* reflecting the structure strength of non-Newtonian crude oil increases monotonously with time at static state. The rate of structural recovery is largest at primary moment. The large the pre-shear rate experienced by non-Newtonian crude oil, the large the rate of structural recovery, but the small the structural strength at corresponding psudo-equilibrium state.
