铁大输油管道热力系统测试与分析

Measurement and Analysis on the Thermal System in Tieling-Dalian Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 热油管道的加热费用占管道总能耗的比重较大,热输原油管道因加热所耗原油占管输原油的1%~3%左右。在管道运行中,减少热能损失对输油成本最小化、提高经济效益影响重大。以铁大输油管道为例,详细地分析了在较低输量下热力系统的运行状况,找出了影响热力系统最优化运行的主要因素,并提出了改进建议。

     

    Abstract: The heating cost for hot oil pipeline covers a big proportion for the total energy consumption of pipeline. For the hot oil pipeline, the oil burnt to heat the oil to be transported approximatly takes up 1%-3% of total volume of oil to be transported. For the operation of pipeline, reducing thermal energy loss to cut down the total energy consumption is very important so as to make the transfer cost minimized and increase transfer benefit. Taken Tieling-Dalian oil pipeline as an example, the operation condition of thermal system at low throughput of pipeline has been analyzed, the major factors to influnence the optimal operation of thermal system are exposed, and suggestions to eliminate the factors are presented.
