含蜡原油浅度催化裂化降凝处理研究

Research on Pour Point Depression of Waxy Crude Oil by Non-hydrogen Mild Cracking with Molecular Sieve

  • 摘要: 介绍了分子筛浅度催化裂化降凝处理原油的原理及分子筛试验装置,并在该装置上采用混合型分子筛对海南含蜡原油进行了浅度催化裂化降凝处理试验,试验结果表明:经分子筛催化裂化处理后,原油中的轻组分得到明显的增加,凝点从20℃降低至-10.5℃,原油的其它性能也得到很大的改善。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of non-hydrogen mild cracking with molecular sieve and the molecular sieve test device are introduced. With this device, a pour point depression test on Hainan waxy crude oil has been carried out. The test results has shown that by the treatment of molecular sieve, the light fraction of crude oil is obviously increased, the pour point is decreased from 20℃ to -10.5℃, and other properties of crude oil are effectively improved.
