管中管在长吉输油管道上的应用

The Application of Pipe-in-pipe Structure in Changchun-Jilin Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温外包高密度聚乙烯防护层结构(简称管中管结构),具有耐热、耐腐蚀、质轻、强度高、寿命长和导热系数低等优点,在长输管道上应用,节能效果明显,但防腐质量难以保证。针对管中管结构在长吉输油管道上的应用进行了详细的介绍,为提高管中管质量,延长管道使用寿命提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The pipe-in-pipe structure, the polyurethane foam plastics covered by high density polyethylene coating, has the characteristics in heat resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, long service life and low thermal conductivity factor. Although it is cost-effective in long-distance pipeline, the corrosion control requirements somewhat can not be met due to its manufacture. In the paper, the application of the pipe-in-pipe structure in Changchun-Jilin oil pipeline is introduced, and the experience in elongating service life of this structure is presented.
