Stabilizing Underwater Pipeline with Pile-support Structure

  • 摘要: 用钻孔灌注桩加固水下管道具有适用性广、承载力大、建造费用低等特点。以唐白河穿越管道段加固为例, 对这种加固方法进行了综合分析, 指出采用钻孔灌注桩技术加固水下管道, 能将管道悬空固定在水中, 通过适当调整钻孔灌注桩间距、桩径等方法, 可减小穿、跨越的距离, 对提高穿跨越管道正常的安全运行有显著的效果。

     

    Abstract: The method to stabilize underwater pipeline with pile-support structure has the features in wide availability, heavy loading capacity and low construction cost.Taken the pipeline stabilization in Tangbai River crossing as an example, the comprehensive analysis on this stabilization method of pipeline has been made.It is pointed out that the pile-support structure can effectively fix underwater pipeline, and by proper adjusting the interval of piles and pile diameter, the crossover and/or crossing distance can be reduced.This method can effectively ensure the safe operation of crossover and/or crossing pipelines.
