摘要: 当管输原油含气时, 其气体以分散相散布在液体中, 使混合介质的介电常数减少, 导致仪表输出电压变小。在给出含气率测量方法的基础上, 介绍了标定试验的试验过程, 试验结果解释了含气率对在线测量含水率的影响, 即当含气率小于25%, 含水率小于5%时, 每1%含气率变化将引起0.1%含水率在线测量结果的变化, 两者变化的符号相反。Abstract: When pipeline oil contains gas, the gas will be dispersed in liquid with dispersed phase, which makes the dielectric constant of mixture reduced and results in a low output voltages of instrument.On the basis of the measurement method of void fraction, the demarcating process is introduced.The experiment results explain the effect of void fraction on water cut online measured, that is, when the void fraction and water cut are respectively less than 25% and 5%, the variation of void fraction per 1% will cause a variation in online measurement result up to 0.1%, and the sign of both is reverse.
