环氧煤沥青涂料用缓蚀剂的研制

The Study and Development on Inhibitor of Coal Tar Epoxy Coating

  • 摘要: 在环氧煤沥青的底漆和面漆中分别加入自行合成的胺类缓蚀剂RYZ后, 采用交流胆抗和盐雾试验等方法进行了测试。测试结果表明, 覆盖层的耐蚀性能大为提高, 覆盖层针孔电阻Rfp的阻值提高2~3个数量级, 并且覆盖层的物理机械性能不受影响。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a study and development on inhibitor of coal tar epoxy coating are introduced.The corrosion resistance of coal tar epoxy coating with inhibitor added can be enhanced.A performance test has been made.The test procedure is that first three kinds of synthesized amine inhibitors are separately added into primer and finish paint of coal tar epoxy, and then the electrochemical impedance and salt fog tests are made.The tests results have shown that the corrosion resistance of coal tar epoxy coating with inhibitor is better than that of coal tar epoxy without inhibitor, the impedance is almost a thousand times greater than that of coal tar epoxy coating without inhibitor, and the physical-mechanical performance of coal tar epoxy coating is the same as that of coal tar epoxy coating.
