Loss Analysis and Control for Storage and Transportation System in Ethylene Chemical Plant

  • 摘要: 乙烯厂储运系统损耗是石油化工企业总能耗的重要部分, 储罐蒸发损耗、油品装车损耗及清罐损耗、跑漏油损耗是储运系统油品损耗的主要原因。结合抚顺乙烯化工有限公司的实际情况, 给出了降低油品损耗的各种措施。对储运系统中的气体放空损失、蒸汽损耗进行了分析, 提出了相应的控制措施。

     

    Abstract: The loss in the storage and transportation system of ethylene chemical plant is one of the total energy losses for the petrochemical enterprises.Evaporation loss of storage tank, loading loss of products, loss of tank cleaning and leakage loss of products are the major causes of product loss in storage and transportation system.Combined with the system loss in Fushun Ethylene Chemical Plant, the paper presents various measures to reduce the product loss, also analyzes the loss of flare system and steam and puts forward some relevant control measures.
