长输管道焊接方法及其选择

Welding Methods and Selection in Long-distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 分析了手工下向焊、半自动焊、自动焊及特种焊等焊接方法的特点, 在选择焊接方法时应考虑管道直径、壁厚、管道长度、设计条件、管子级别等因素。指出自动焊是长输管道焊接的发展方向, 并对国内引进管道自动焊焊接设备提出了一些建议。

     

    Abstract: The features of manual downhill welding, semiautomatic welding, automatic welding and other welding technologies like butt flash welding and laser beam welding (LEW) and so on are analyzed.The author considers that the pipe diameter, wall thickness, length of pipeline, design requirements and steel grade of pipe should be taken into account when welding methods are selected, and points out that the automatic welding technology is available in long-distance pipeline with high productivity and quality.Some problems to be paid attention to on the welding equipments imported are put forward.
