汽油、水顺序输送的特殊混油变化

Special Mixing Change at Batch Transportation of Gasoline with Water

  • 摘要: 在南输成品油管道投油过程中, 汽油、水顺序输送产生了混油段。以大量实际运行数据为基础, 总结了混油密度(浓度)的变化规律, 对产生过长混油尾段的原因进行了分析, 讨论了汽油紊流中心区向前行水轴向伸展及混油尾段特殊变化等问题。

     

    Abstract: Fushun-Bayuquan products pipeline was put into operation on Oct.28, 1995.The commissioning procedure of the pipeline was that water was first delivered, 4 hours later, gasoline was directly transported.During the batch transportation, a water-gasoline mixed section produced.The analytical results have shown that in fact this mixed section is only a blending of gasoline with water under the turbulent condition, not a real mixed contamination plug, which is absolutely different from the density variation (concen-trition) of mixed section of diesel/gasoline produced after pipeline commissions.In this paper, the axial spread of the gasoline turbulent flow central zone to the advancing water and the special variation of the mixed tail section are described.
