Assessment Technology on Pipeline Integrity

  • 摘要: 目前我国油气管道大都进入“老龄期”, 各种事故呈上升趋势。为了保证管道的安全、平稳运行, 管道的完整性评价技术研究亟待开展。从定量分析管道的安全性出发, 介绍了国内外管道完整性评价技术的研究现状, 针对我国现役管道的实际情况, 提出了“现役管道完整性”的概念和完整性评价技术的主要内容及目的, 简述了国内外管道完整性评价技术今后的研究重点和发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: The most of in-service oil and/or gas transmission pipelines at present in China are aged pipelines, the accident rates are going high.The assessment technology of pipeline integrity should be urgently developed because it is very helpful to ensure satefy and reliability of pipeline operation.From the point of quantitative analysis of pipeline safety onward, the authors introduce the research status quo of pipeline integrity, and put forward the conception of "in-service pipeline integrity" and its substance as well as objective in the light of in-service pipelines in China, briefly describe the future research key-point and development tendency on the assessment technology of pipeline integrity at home and abroad.
