The Application and Study of PE Pipeline for Gas Industry

  • 摘要: 对聚乙烯(PE)管道的综合性能、使用及快速开裂的研究进行了评述, 阐明了修复钢制管道中穿插PE管的管径选择方案, 确定了承压能力以及套管流量参数, 并就PE管道的断裂机理进行了分析。结果表明, PE管道的快速开裂承压能力阻碍了其在长输管道领域的应用, 研制具有较高承压能力的PE复合结构材料是促进PE管道替代钢制管道的唯一途径。

     

    Abstract: This paper comments on the research of PE pipeline global properties, application and fast fracture, the optimal plan of pipeline diameter which inserts PE pipeline is illustrated during repair steel pipeline, the flow parameters and pressure conditions are determined, and the fracture of PE pipeline is analyzed.With above results, the loading pressuue of PE pipeline throws obstacles in the application on long-distance transportation pipeline.Therefore, developing PE composite structure materials with high loading pressure is a way to simulate PE pipeline instead of steel pipeline.
