输油泵站的平衡分析与测试

Analysis and Measurement on Exergy Equilibrium for Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 根据的基本概念、平衡评定准则和的计算方法, 对长清输油泵站进行了平衡测试, 给出了输油泵站系统、输油子系统、供用电子系统的分析模型及平衡方程。通过分析测试结果, 指出高能级高值的能源消耗于低效的设备是造成泵站能源浪费的主要原因。从能质利用方面提出了提高管道输油系统的能质利用率和系统效率的具体措施。

     

    Abstract: Based on the basic conception of exergy, evaluation criterion of exergy equilibrium and calculation method of exergy, the measurement of exergy equilibrium for Changqing pump station has been made. The analytical model of exergy and exergy equlibrium equations for the pump station system, transportation subsystem and power supply subsystem have been presented. By analyzing computation results. it is pointed out that the high grade energy is wasted on the low efficiency equipments, which is the main reason of waste of energy in the pump station. To solve the problem, the measures to be taken to increase the energy utilization rate and the systems' exergy efficiency have been put forward in the aspect of energy utilization.
