储罐自动清砂新技术

The New Technology of Tank Non-entrance Automatic Desanding

  • 摘要: 随着油田的进一步开采和助采措施的增加, 油井采出液含砂量日益增多, 虽然井下采取机械防砂和化学固砂等措施, 但仍有细砂在地面集输系统容器中大量沉积。大型储罐内的清砂一般采用停产后人工进罐清除法, 工作强度大, 环境恶劣, 停产时间长, 收效低。介绍了一种利用自由、淹没射流原理清砂的新方法, 在罐底部布设带有冲砂孔的管网, 以罐区附近消防水作为冲砂动力源, 实现了不进罐清砂自动化。

     

    Abstract: With the exploitation of oilfield and increase of auxiliary exploitation methods, the sand content of produced liquid becomes increasingly high. Although mechanical desanding and chemical sand control are adopted in the borehole, there is still a great deal of fine sand deposited in the surface gathering system vessel. Generally desanding of large tank adopts manual desanding that requires personnel to enter the tank after shutdown, with high work burden, severe environment, long shutdown time and low efficiency. This paper introduces a new method that is based on the principle of free, submergence jet stream, there is a pipe network set with sand washing orifice is set at the bottom of the tank, the power source of desanding is fire water near the tank, the automatization of desanding that does not requires entering the tank is realized.
