东临管输原油降凝剂的研制及改性效果评价

Development and Modifying Evaluation of Pour Point Depressant for Donglin Pipelining Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 东临线管输原油为多蜡和胶质沥青质原油, 对多种原油降凝剂的化学感受性很差。为此研制了对该原油蜡质组分和胶沥组分有明显效果的化学剂, 复配了改性效果好的化学剂, 确定了最佳配比。考察了不同处理温度对该原油降凝剂改性处理效果的影响及加剂改性原油的静态稳定性。实验结果表明, 东临线管输原油添加该原油降凝剂的最佳处理温度为60℃, 加剂改性处理后的原油表现出良好的静态稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Donglin pipeling crude oil is high wax and asphaltene contents oil, which is known to have a bad chemical adaptability for many pour point depressants. Therefore, two kinds of chemicals that specially has obvious effects for high wax and asphaltene contents of Donglin pipelining crude oil have been developed and e-valuated, and meantime, a chemical having a good modifying effect for Donglin pipelining crude oil has been duplicated and their optimal proportion has been determined. The influence of different treated temperatures on this pour point depressant and the static stability of modified crude oil treated with it have been investigated. The experimental results have shown that the optimal treated temperature of Donglin pipelining crude oil treated with this pour point depressant is 60 ℃, and the modified crude oil has an excellent static stability.
